Assessment and Reporting
Whānau Reporting Schedule
Term 1
- Check and connect meetings (whānau & teachers). The purpose of these meetings is to review end of year written reports & discuss any concerns/requests ahead of the new year.
Term 2
- At the end of term 2 written reports are sent home. These reports include assessment information & comments on progress during the first half of the year.
Term 3
- At the beginning of term 3, parents are invited to attend 3-way conferences. These conferences are an opportunity for students to share their learning with whānau and for whānau/teachers to discuss aspects of the mid-year written reports.
Term 4
- At the end of term 4 written reports are sent home. These reports include assessment information & comments on progress during the second half of the year.
